Yes, we offer online estimates. To request an estimate, please provide your full name, phone number, and address. In addition, please include a detailed description of the project, including the services required. If the repair is for a ceiling, please specify if it has a painted texture or not, or if it’s a flat ceiling. Also, provide the size of the repair and the size of the room, and whether the space is vacant or occupied with contents. Photos are also helpful in providing an accurate estimate. Once we receive your information, we will provide an estimate within 1-2 business days.
Our estimates include a breakdown of all costs associated with the project, including labor, materials, and any additional expenses. We also include a timeline for completion and any terms and conditions related to the project.
We strive to provide accurate estimates based on the information we have at the time of the estimate. However, unforeseen circumstances can arise during a project that may require additional costs or time. We will keep you informed throughout the project if any changes need to be made to the estimate.
We accept various forms of payment including cash, cheque, e-transfer, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
For homeowners, payment is due upon completion of the job. For strata corporations and property management, payment is due within 15 days of completion. For restoration companies, payment is due within 1 month of completion. For jobs that take more than 1 day, we require a 40% deposit before we commence work.

Generally, a single room can take anywhere to up to 1 day to complete, while larger projects may take a week or more. We will provide you with an estimate of the timeline once we have assessed the scope of the work.
Before we begin painting the exterior of your home, we will thoroughly clean and pressure wash all surfaces to remove dirt, debris, and old paint. We will also scrape and sand any loose or peeling paint, and apply a primer to ensure that the new paint adheres properly.
We typically recommend painting the exterior of your home during the spring, summer, and fall months, when temperatures are mild and there is less chance of rain. However, ( not recommanded) we can still paint your home during the winter months as long as the temperature is above freezing and there is no snow or ice on the surfaces being painted.
